Disaster recovery services for water damage includes removal of excess water, professional drying and dehumidifying to prevent mold growth, and repair or replacement of structural elements such as water impacted wood or drywall. We will safely remove water and sewage and effectively clean the property to remove bacteria and ensure a safe and healthy home environment. We are on on the clock 24/7 and in most cases on your site with 2-4 hours. 
Our technicians use advanced equipment and procedures to ensure the highest level of cleaning and protection for your property and furnishings. The water process includes three phases. The first phase is considered the emergency phase. During this phase our technicians come to inspect your property and give an assessment of damage. The second phase is considered the water removal and drying out phase. This phase is when our technicians start the removal of water and once the water is removed they start the drying process. The third and final phase is re-installation of any water impacted materials that were removed and cleaning process.
Our technicians explain the recovery process along with providing a comprehensive water recovery guide. Below is a list of do's and don'ts.  What to do: -Remove as much water as possible by mopping and blotting affected areas -Remove wet area rugs or other floor coverings. DO NOT REMOVE WALL TO WALL CARPET -Do not remove books from shelves, instead pack tightly to prevent wrapping -Open closet doors, cabinets and doors -Life draperies off floor What NOT to do: -Do not enter room with standing water while electricity is on -Do not use regular vacuum to remove excess water -Do not lift tacked down carpet -Do not use any type of electrical appliances while on wet carpet of flooring -Do not disturb visible mold
